Tawbashop.com গুণমান বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করে কিন্তু গুণমানের নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না। Tawbashop.com-এর সাথে যুক্ত সকল প্রযোজক/বিক্রেতা/সরবরাহকারী সর্বদা গুণমান নিশ্চিত করে।

খ. যদি কোনো পণ্য স্বাস্থ্য, জীবন বা নিরাপত্তার জন্য ঝুঁকি সৃষ্টি করে, তাহলে Tawbashop.com বিনিময় বা মূল্য ফেরত সহ এর দায়িত্ব নিতে বাধ্য। যদি ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্যের সাথে কোন সমস্যা হয়, তবে এটি প্রযোজকের পক্ষ থেকে গুণমানের অভাব হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে।

গ. Tawbashop.com ওয়েবসাইটে বর্ণিত পণ্য পরিবর্তনের সহজলভ্যতা এবং সহজতার উপর নির্ভর করে।

বিক্রয় নীতিঃ 

বিক্রিত পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে যদি: ক পণ্যটি ব্যবহারকারীর প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করে না।

খ. ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়।

গ. পণ্যের গুণমান এবং পরিমাণ নিয়ে ব্যবহারকারীর সন্দেহ রয়েছে।

ঘ. পণ্যটি অগ্রহণযোগ্য অবস্থায় ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে পৌঁছায়।

ঙ. প্যাকেজিং সমস্যা থাকে।

চ. গ্রাহক পণ্যটিকে অব্যবহারযোগ্য মনে করেন।

২. ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা:

ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে: ক. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি/হ্যান্ড টু হ্যান্ড ডেলিভারি।

খ. হোম ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১১0 টাকা। বড় আকারের আইটেমের জন্য চার্জ বাড়তে পারে।

গ. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের ২৪-৭৩ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অর্ডার বিতরণ করা হবে।

দ্রষ্টব্য: আপনি যদি বর্ণনা এবং চিত্রের সাথে মিলে যাওয়া সত্ত্বেও পণ্যটি গ্রহণ না করা বেছে নেন, তাহলেও আপনি ১১০ টাকা ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।

ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: আমরা হোম ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। আপনি ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা করতে পারেন বা কুরিয়ার পরিষেবায় অন কন্ডিশন বুকিং বেছে নিতে পারেন।

ক. হোম ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১১০/১৫০ টাকা। বড় আকারের আইটেমের জন্য চার্জ বাড়তে পারে।

খ. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের ২-৫ দিনের মধ্যে অর্ডার বিতরণ করা হবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস চার্জ ১২০/১৫০ টাকা বিকাশের মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৩. মূল্যফেরত নীতি:

ক. সেবা বা পণ্যের ত্রুটি: যদি কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয় এবং তা আমাদের দায়িত্বের কারণে ঘটে, তাহলে মূল্যফেরত পাওয়া যাবে।

খ. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ: অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার মধ্যে বাতিল করা হলে মূল্যফেরত পাওয়া যেতে পারে, তবে কিছু শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

গ. প্রক্রিয়া: মূল্যফেরত প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করার জন্য আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

ঘ. ফেরত প্রদানের সময়সীমা: ফেরতের অর্থ প্রক্রিয়া করার পর তা ৭-১৪ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার নির্দিষ্ট অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা হবে।

ঙ. ব্যতিক্রম: কিছু পণ্য বা সেবার জন্য মূল্যফেরত প্রযোজ্য নয়, যেমন কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য বা স্পেশাল অর্ডার।

গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিই Tawbashop.com এর একমাত্র লক্ষ্য। Tawbashop.com কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতিতে পরিষেবা প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হলে, অর্ডার গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে গ্রাহকদের ইমেল বা ফোনের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।

রিফান্ডের জন্য উল্লিখিত পরিষেবাগুলি প্রদান করা না হলে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে৷

৪. পণ্য ফেরত নীতি:

গ্রাহকরা অসন্তুষ্ট হলে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন। এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে, একই অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৫. বিক্রয়োত্তর পরিষেবা:

আমরা পণ্য বা পরিষেবার উপর নির্ভর করে আমাদের পণ্য এবং পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য বিক্রয়োত্তর পরিষেবা প্রদান করি। প্রতিটি পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কাল চালানে উল্লেখ করা হয়, সাধারণত একটি ৭-দিনের প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি।

• Purchase and Sale Policy:

Purchase Policy: a. tawbashop.com does not display self-produced products on its website/Facebook. Therefore, tawbashop.com makes efforts to maintain quality but does not guarantee the certainty of quality. All producers/sellers/suppliers associated with tawbashop.com always ensure quality. b. If any product poses risks to health, life, or safety, tawbashop.com is obligated to take responsibility for it, including exchange or refund. If there are any issues with the product within 12 hours of delivery, it will be considered a lack of quality from the producer’s side. c. tawbashop.com relies on the availability and ease of product changes described on the website.

Sale Policy: Sold products can be returned if: a. The product does not meet the user’s requirements. b. The product is damaged during the delivery process. c. The user has doubts about the quality and quantity of the product. d. The product reaches the user in unacceptable conditions. e. There are packaging issues. f. The customer considers the product unusable.

2. Delivery Timeframe: 

Within Dhaka City: a. Cash on delivery/hand-to-hand delivery. b. Home delivery charge is BDT 60. Charges may increase for larger-sized items. c. Orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Note: If you choose not to accept the product despite matching the description and image, you will still be obligated to pay the delivery charge of BDT 60.

Outside Dhaka City: We deliver products throughout Bangladesh via home delivery. You can check the product at the time of delivery or opt for the On Condition Booking on courier service. a. Home delivery charge is BDT 120/130. Charges may increase for larger-sized items. b. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 days of order confirmation. Payment of delivery charge and courier service charge of BDT 120/130 must be made in advance through bKash.

3. Refund Policy

   We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services. However, refunds may be granted in certain specific situations. The following terms will apply according to our refund policy:

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 days if services mentioned for refund are not provided.
